- N E Witney - Appointed by a consortium of five national house builders, Portus + Whitton have been involved in planning, masterplanning, detailed design and implementation for the hard and soft landscaping of all public and infrastructure areas in this large scale, complex project since its commencement in 1989. This includes roads, public open spaces, balancing lakes, street furniture, cycle paths and footpaths, and surfaces coordination. It also involves the specification of public art and the establishment of wildflower meadows.
With 1115 house plots, the project has a total infrastructure landscape value of more than £33m, and covers an area of 42ha. With Davis Langdon as project managers, and a number of architectural and civil engineering practices involved, this is a truly multidisciplinary scheme. - Hanwell Locks, Ealing – Planning application for 140 unit canalside development.

- Chancellor’s Wharf, Hammersmith - Landscape Masterplan through to implementation of mixed residential and commercial development on Thameside site, for Cobham Resource Consultants.
Residential & Commercial Landscape Design
- Polestar, Paulton - Reclamation of contaminated land to create a wildlife pond. The partnership also led at the local planning inquiry for change of use, from industrial to residential, and carried out the initial urban design and master planning of residential apartments and houses.
